The press welded steel grating,requested by the customers,is made of load flat steel bar and cross rods,placed ,horizontally and vertically,and at an equal pitch apart,by welding with 200-ton hydraulic resistance automatic welding equipment,then cutting ,punching and banding ends. Surface treatment 1:Hot dipped galvanized :according to GB/T13912-92 standard :the average zinc thickness is more than 610g/m²(flat bar ≥5mm) and 460g/m²(flat bar ‹5mm) 2:Plainting :according to the clients' requirements,choose japanning,dipped coating. 3:No surface treatment There are two ways of installation for garting. one way is by welding and the other is by installation fastener.The welding method is suitable for those parts which will be fixed forever ,such as platforms for equipments,while the method by installation fastener has the properties of easy to assemble and disassmble and preventing destroying the zinc layer.
